WHAT IS NCB PAYROLL PLUS?
NCB Payroll Plus is a flexible, hassle-free, convenient and affordable loan specially designed for employees of participating institutions based on a salary deduction credit arrangement.
How Much Can I Borrow?
We will lend you up to eleven (11) times your gross monthly salary if you are permanently employed, up to a maximum of $2.5M. Contract employees can borrow up to seven (7) times their gross monthly salary, up to a maximum of $1.5M.
AFFORDABILITY
With NCB Payroll Plus, you get up to 5 years to repay your loan.* Your interest rates and monthly payments will remain unchanged irrespective of market interest rate increases.
FLEXIBILITY
NCB Payroll Plus can be used to satisfy any personal financial need that you may have. No restriction on loan purposes!
HASSLE-FREE
Qualifying for NCB Payroll Plus is hassle free as no collateral is required. You never have to worry about the potential loss of your assets. No previous deposit or share account required!
CONVENIENCE
With your salary deduction credit arrangement, your monthly loan installments are automatically processed. You no longer have to wait in line to pay your loan installments!
SPECIAL BENEFITS
Payment Holiday
You get to postpone your monthly loan installments for two months in each 12-month period of your loan. Each year, you get to postpone your loan payment in December and one other month of your choice!*
Additional Loan
After 24 months satisfactory repayment, you will be eligible for an additional loan amount equal to 10% of your outstanding principal balance.*
HOW DO I QUALIFY?
If you have been employed with your organization for a minimum of two years (permanent employees) or three years (contract employees) and currently earn a minimum gross monthly salary of $50,000 you can qualify.

Simply fill out an application, and provide us with the following documents.
- Employment Letter
- Signed Salary Assignment Letter
- Copy of last three salary slips
- Copy of last Utility Bill water, electricity, telephone)
