NCB Jamaica (Nominees) Ltd is a part of the financial services division and provides comprehensive registrar and special issues services for corporations and employee share schemes. It also holds shares in a nominee capacity. The company currently provides these services to eight companies whose stocks are listed on the Jamaica Stock Exchange.
