NCB is Employer of Choice 2008

National Commercial Bank (Jamaica) Ltd. (NCB) is the recipient of the prestigious Jamaica Employers’ Federation (JEF) Employer of Choice Award. The bank received this nod at the JEF Annual Awards Ceremony held at the Hilton Hotel on Wednesday December 9.

The candidates undergo a series of rigorous analysis and interviews conducted by the JEF to determine eligibility for the award. The main criteria for judging are the top nine factors that are considered most important to an employee when selecting an Employer of Choice. These are:

Career Choice                                  Treatment by Management

NCB went toe-to-toe with major players in the industry to take home the following coveted awards: 

     1. Overall Winner - Employer of Choice
     2. 1^st Place - Employer of Choice (Large Company Category)            
     3. 1^st Place - Highest Employee Satisfaction 
 

The NCB Group; however, is no stranger to industry accolades.
